In order to best assist you, if you have any questions or concerns on ordering, booking, or products etc. do not hesitate to reach out. We treat all of our new and existing customers with the upmost respect. We will go above and beyond to make sure you have the best experience when needing anything that we can assist you with.

Customer Service

Return Policy

We do exchange items if you have been sent the wrong item(s). You will be exchanged with the same product that you have purchased, no exceptions. If you were shipped the product, shipping expenses are non-refundable and will not be deducted from what you have paid. 

 

Refund Policy

Due to the confidence in our products, All sales are FINAL. So please be sure about your purchase. Refunds will NOT be issued under any circumstances.

 

Shipping Policy

Shipping can take up to 5-7 business days, not including the weekends. If you have a deadline on when you will need your product, please order at least a week or 2 in advance to avoid product arriving late.

Once your order is placed, there is a mandatory 24 hour payment processing period between that day & the following business day. Once your payment & payment period clears, your business days begin. Once we ship your order, you will immediately receive a tracking number to the email you provided us with on the 4/5 business day. Shipping takes an additional 1-3 days which gives you a total of 5-7 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Expedited shipping is only 2-4 business days. Which will ship straight from our factory.
