At The Dior Effect & The Pretty Doll Kollection, we take pride in providing high-quality, luxury wigs. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain strict hygiene and quality control standards to ensure every customer receives a brand-new, unused item.


ALL SALES ARE FINAL with limited exceptions outlined below.


Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges  

We only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:


- The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery

- The wig must be unworn, unused, unaltered, and in its original condition

- Lace must be completely uncut

- The wig must still have all original tags, packaging, and security seals intact

- No signs of installation, customization, brushing, combing, or product use


For hygiene reasons, any wig that has been worn, installed, altered, or had the lace cut will NOT be accepted under any circumstances.


Non-Returnable Items 

The following are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable:


- Wigs with cut lace or altered hairlines  

- Wigs that have been worn, styled, dyed, bleached, or customized  

- Sale or discounted items  

- Custom or made-to-order wigs  


Damaged or Incorrect Orders  

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We will review the issue and provide a resolution if approved.


Shipping & Delivery Protection  

All orders are shipped with tracking, and signature confirmation may be required upon delivery to ensure safe and secure receipt of your package.


Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, or signed for at the delivery address, [The Dior Effect & The Pretty Doll Kollection,] is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.


It is the customer’s responsibility to:


- Ensure the shipping address is correct and secure  

- Be available to receive or sign for the package if required  

- Monitor tracking information and delivery updates  


If a package is lost or delayed in transit, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.


Return Process  

If your return is approved:


- Items must be shipped back within 3 business days of approval  

- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs  

- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns  


Refunds  

Once your return is received and inspected:

- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method  

- Original shipping fees are non-refundable  

- A restocking fee of [10–20%] may be applied to all approved returns  

Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, please allow:

3–5 business days for inspection and approval

5–10 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original payment method (depending on your bank or payment provider)

You will receive a confirmation once your refund has been issued.

 

Fees & Deductions

Original shipping fees are non-refundable

We do not guarantee exchanges due to limited inventory. If approved, exchanges are processed based on product availability.

By placing an order with The Dior Effect & The Pretty Doll Kollection, you agree to contact us directly to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider.


Any unauthorized chargebacks or disputes filed without prior communication will be considered a violation of this policy.


We reserve the right to provide all order details, delivery confirmation, signature confirmation, IP address, and any communication history as evidence to dispute chargebacks.


Customers who file fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may be subject to:

- Permanent ban from future purchases  

- Denial of future service  

- Legal action where applicable to recover lost funds, fees, and associated costs

Due to the high value and hygienic nature of our wigs, we reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet our policy requirements.
